The Screaming Eagle Program
The Screaming Eagle Program is the opportunity for an individual, who is hearing the call of God into ministry or the work of God, to dedicate a period of time to be transformed into a servant, and into a man or women of God. While this will always be a lifelong process, we want to provide the opportunity for an individual to place themselves under the hand of God to allow the Spirit and Word of God to lay the foundation for a life of service that will endure a lifetime. This program is a life experience that will include the following areas:
- A total commitment to being the servant of all.
- A commitment to daily prayer, intercession and worship.
- Supporting local leadership, fellowships and saints in Mexico.
- A daily time in the Word regarding God's development of a man or women of God.
- Assisting American visiting groups with their ministering in Mexico.
- Various opportunities for ministry (according to the gifting and anointing of God in your life).
- Establishing a purposeful vision, direction, and practical application into your life according to the will and pleasure of God.
We are not just looking for men and women who need a push out of the nest, but by the grace and power of the Holy Spirit to equip the saints of God to fly and soar above the natural and into the supernatural presence and work of God in your personal life; and then divinely affect the lives of others.
SERVANTHOOD
Jesus said; "But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant." We believe one of the greatest aspects of the kingdom, of ministry, and of Christian life is the matter of servanthood.
In this program, the very heart and soul of all that we do is to SERVE. That to be truly Christ like incorporates a vessel willing and joyfully laying ones life down for others in the love of God. It makes no difference who the person is or the circumstance or situation. Whoever God has placed before us in our daily lives is the divine call to serve.
The call to servanthood is not a call to do what we want, when we want, how we want, and with whom. It is not he call to push forward our agenda's, call or ministry. It is the call to give of oneself to people unto the glory of God. However, God is faithful to truly bless those who learn the true spirit of servanthood.
The Screaming Eagle program will give you every opportunity for this word and truth to become a part of your life in Christ. You will be asked and called upon to serve every step of the way. Your service as a servant of Jesus Christ will simply be to all people, in all situations, in all circumstances, in all types of ways that will touch the very core of your being.
One of the greatest testimonies, one of the greatest acts, one of the greatest manifestations of the character of God unto men, and that manifests the true glory of God is a man or women who is fashioned in the form of a servant. (Philippians 2: 1-8).
PRAYER AND WORSHIP
"Praying with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints,"
No life, no ministry, no program is of any value to God or man unless a person is committed individual with a life of prayer and worship unto God. We believe in the divine working of God through various ways and means of ministry, whether to the lost or to the saved. Yet, without people praying and interceding for the presence, anointing, and Holy Spirit of God to minister into the lives of people, all our labor is in vain.
Prayer is the privilege to call upon God, to move God to move upon people. Worship is the act of believers acknowledging that without God, we are nothing and can do nothing. Prayer allows the movement of the will of God in heaven to be manifested in the earth. Worship is the movement of God's presence to be manifested in the earth.
We will be daily praying and interceding for the Holy Spirit to convict sinners unto faith unto salvation. We will be daily praying for leadership. We will be daily praying for the body of Christ to come alive. We will be praying against the forces of evil as the Lord leads. We will be praying for divine hunger and thirst upon God's people for His presence, His Word, and His Spirit. We will pray and intercede with all kinds of prayer for all needs as God reveals them. And as we pray, we will worship God as the only true Creator and giver of life. "And being fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He was able also to perform.
THE WORD OF GOD
"If ye continue in My word, then are ye my disciples indeed;" The Word of God must be the focal point of our relationship, our walk, our prayer life, our ministry, our very being!
In the Screaming Eagle Program, we will have daily bible lessons, classes, memorization, and God appointed opportunities to be "doers of the Word, and not hearers only." God reveals, manifests, and operates His very nature, character, power and being via the Word. Our entire lives as believers and overcomers must rely and depend on the Word of God being of utmost importance on a daily basis.
Out time in the Word will be structured around the areas of servanthood, faith, living by the Spirit, and the importance of godly character, integrity, and abiding and living in truth. As well, our times in the Word will be spent covering the areas of our personal lives; what God is saying, doing, and revealing to you during your stay in the program.
We believe and will strive to make the Word of God relevant in your lives in order that we can experience the Word of God working and manifesting all that God desires for you and others. We want, as the Word declares, for each person to be the epistle of Christ, read and known of all men, written by the spirit of god upon our hearts and lives. II Corinthians 3:2-3.
The church and the world and God's kingdom is on need of men and women of the Word. We pray that we can begin laying that foundation.
Application Process
You will need to read our Basic Requirements and then fill out the Questionnaire to be considered for the Eaglette Program. You can either choose to fill out the form online or download and fax it back to our office.
Your acceptance into the program will be based upon approval of the Faith Mission leadership. Rest assured that we will carefully review the information you provide, as well as make an honest commitment to pray and seek the Lord about those whom we choose to serve in the Eaglette Program.*
Once you have been approved, we will also need to receive a Medical and General Release Form that can both be downloaded from the website. These forms must be faxed to our office prior to your visit.
*Please understand that if you are not chosen, we do not want you to feel "rejected". The body of Christ is made of up many different parts that are all vital in helping show the love of Christ to a dying world. Some are hands while others are feet. The job of a hand is no more important that that of the feet and vice versa. Therefore, if you were not chosen then we feel that God has another ministry, another part of the body, that you are to be a part. We pray God's will for your life will be made manifest and obvious to you in the coming days and for His blessings upon your life. |
