We have been excited about the amount of youth groups/young people that have made a decision to be a part of the work here while visiting.  In this section we wanted groups to get a general idea for life is like here at Faith Mission International.  The following are brief synopsis' of a typical day and week here at the mission.

A typical week for them would include:

  • Packing food and preparing any other items for distribution.

  • Attending a service at the Faith Mission grounds for the Mexican people who are able to attend via a “mica.”

  • Attending a church service or services at one of the Mexican churches or mini-missions over in Mexico.

  • Visiting homes in Acuna and/or surrounding areas.

  • Participating in outreach ministry in Mexico.

  • A night of “getting real.”

  • An afternoon of shopping at the local shops in Cd. Acuna

  • Great times of fellowship and building of relationships with those within their own group, and those in other groups that are visiting at the same time.

A typical day for them would include:

  • Typical Day at Faith Mission – This is a “typical” day.  We attempt to be as flexible as possible with each group on this schedule.  Much will depend if you are the only group here versus many groups being here at the same time.  If you would like a different schedule, please discuss this with the Director and Administrator of the mission prior to your arrival.
